VanHelper requires the information to verify the Service Providers as legitimate businesses and people.

VanHelper will share a Service Provider's full name, company name and phone number with the Customers when the Service Provider purchases a lead.
VanHelper will store the information listed to identify the Service Providers and use this information to improve our services.
VanHelper will publish the company name, company insurance information and company website URL on the VanHelper Website in the form of a public profile page to promote the Service Providers.
VanHelper may share the personal identification with TrustID to screen and confirm whether the document is valid.

The full name, company name and phone number will be shared with the Customers.
VanHelper might share personal identification documents with TrustID to verify the submitted document's authenticity.

VanHelper uses this information to identify each Customer and to establish the basic premise of a quote request.

VanHelper requires the information to verify the Customers as legitimate people.

We will respond to a Subject Access Request within one month of receiving it. If a Subject Access Request is more complex due to the amount of data we need to gather, it may take up to three months from receiving a Subject Access Request for VanHelper to respond.
