Does VanHelper provide the removal service?
No, VanHelper is an online marketplace website that connects independent van service providers with customers. We are a technology company and do not own any vans to provide removal services.
Is there a booking fee?
No, VanHelper does not charge customers any booking fees. The online payments are taken on behalf of the service providers.
How can I see my booking details?
Once you have placed an order, your booking detail is contained in the booking confirmation email we send to you, this email can take up to 5 minutes to arrive in your inbox, please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Can I amend my booking?
If you would like to amend your booking, please contact the Van Service Provider directly, the service provider may be able to reschedule your booking at their discretion. In the rare occasion where you are unable to agree with the service provider, please contact support@vanhelper.com or call us on 0333 050 7117 for assistance.
Why is my postcode not recognised?
VanHelper always endeavours to keep a list of updated and valid postcodes for our services, if your postcode is relatively new (such as a new build property) then the postcode may not be available yet.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you would like to cancel your booking you may do so through your booking details page, this can be accessed through the booking confirmation email VanHelper has sent to you. You will need to create an account using that email by setting a password for your login, once the password is set you will be able to access the booking details page and can cancel the booking on the page. Please refer to our Refunds and Cancellation policy for further information.
Can I book a dismantle service as well?
If your move requires a dismantle service please select the dismantle option during checkout and tell us how many items need to be dismantled.
